On January 20, 2011, the Commission released a Memorandum Opinion and Order (MO&O), 
FCC 11-4, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends Appendix A of the MO&O as 
indicated below:
On page 135 under Section XI, in paragraph 1, subsections b and c, the words “three years” are 
corrected to read as “five years.”
