This Second Erratum amends the R&O as indicated below: 1. In the Table of Contents, the Ordering Clauses heading is updated to change the paragraph number from 91 to 93. 2. Paragraph 86 is corrected to read as follows: 86. Paperwork Reduction Act. The amendments to Section 1.1206(b) (with the exception of the technical amendment to Section 1.1206(b)(2), as provided at paragraph 76(vi)) and Section 1.1208 contain new or modified information collection requirements subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), Public Law 104-13. These amendments will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under Section 3507(j) of the PRA. OMB, the general public, and other Federal agencies are invited to comment on the modified information collection requirements contained in this proceeding. In addition, we note that pursuant to the Small Business Paperwork Act of 2002, Public Law 107-98, see 44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(4) (SBPRA), at paragraph 52 of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking we sought specific comment on how the Commission might further reduce the information collection burden for small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. In the present document, we have assessed the effects of the modified ex parte requirements and find that they will not impose a significantly greater burden on businesses with fewer than 25 employees. 3. New paragraphs 87 and 88 on page 25 are added to read as follows: 87. The Commission will send a copy of this Report and Order to Congress and the Government Accountability Office pursuant to the Congressional Review Act, see 5 U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A). 88. The Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking contains proposed new information collection requirements. The Commission, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, invites the general public and OMB to comment on the information collection requirements contained in the Further Notice, as required by the PRA. In addition, pursuant to the SBPRA, we seek specific comment on how we might further reduce the information collection burden for small businesses with fewer than 25 employees. 4. The remaining paragraphs after paragraph 88 are renumbered accordingly. Federal Communications Commission 2 5. Paragraph 93 is corrected to read as follows: 93.
