ERRATUM

By the Chief, Policy and Licensing Division, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:
On May 2, 2011, the Policy and Licensing Division, Public Safety and Homeland Security 
Bureau released an Order, DA 11-817, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the first 
page of the Order by removing “*** Draft *** Non-Public For Internal Use Only” from the footer and by 
replacing “By the Chief, Policy Division” with “By the Chief, Policy and Licensing Division.”  The 
signature block on the last page of the Order is corrected by replacing “Chief, Policy Division” with 
“Chief, Policy and Licensing Division.”
