POLICY BRANCH INFORMATION
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Broadcasting-Satellite Service satellite at the 75.0º W.L. orbital location.  The application details the post-mission disposal plan for the space
station at end of life, including the quantity of fuel reserved for post-mission disposal maneuvers, and the perigee altitude selected for a
post-mission disposal orbit.

Intelsat License LLC
Intelsat License LLC (formerly  Intelsat North America LLC) seeks to modify the authorization of its Galaxy 26 space station in order to operate
the space station at the 50.0º E.L. orbital location, rather than at the 50.75º E.L. orbital location to which it is currently assigned.  Galaxy 26 will
provide Fixed Satellite Services in the Ku-band frequencies of 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), consistent
with Turkish ITU filings for that location.  Intelsat also seeks authority to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations necessary to
drift of Galaxy 26 from the 50.75º E.L. to the 50.0º E.L. orbital location and to maintain the space station at 50.0º E.L. using the following center
frequencies:  5926.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 6411 MHz (Earth-to-space), 4196.5 MHz or 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6315 MHz
(Earth-to-space), and 4090 MHz (space-to-Earth).  Intelsat also requests that the waiver of Section 25.202(g) of the Commission's rules previously
granted for the operations of Galaxy 26 at 50.75º E.L. continue to apply to the operation of Galaxy 26 at the 50.0º E.L. orbital location.

Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand operations
necessary to relocate the Intelsat 709 space station from the 54.85º E.L. orbital location to the 72.10° E.L. orbital location and to provide Fixed
Satellite Service temporarily from 72.10° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz, (Earth-to-space), 10950-11200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 11450-11700 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth)  frequency bands.  Intelsat seeks to conduct
telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations during the drift and while at 72.10° E.L. using the center frequencies of 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0
MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz  and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).
