The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat License LLC
Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority to continue to operate its Galaxy 15 space station as an in-orbit spare at the 133.1 W.L.
orbital location for a period of 180 days.  Intelsat seeks continued authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations using
frequencies centered on 6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 4198.0 MH and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth) to maintain the Galaxy 15 space
station at 133.1° W.L.  In addition, Intelsat seeks authority to activate the communications payloads for the Galaxy 15 space station in the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands in the event of a service outage of an operational space
station.
