Intelsat seeks continued authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations using frequencies centered on 6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 4198.0 MH and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth) to maintain the Galaxy 15 space station at 133.1° W.L.
