section 51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission).1  See

· Planned Implementation Date: On or after June 30, 2011.

provided to the public under section 51.329(a).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.331(a)(1); see also 47 C.F.R. §
