AT&T Southeast, an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed certification that public notice of 
network change(s) has been provided through its publicly accessible Internet site, as required by section 
51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.329(a).  
Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 51.325 through 51.335.  Specific

Communications Board (TECB) has designed and is 
currently provisioning a new 911 IP enabled diverse and 
fully redundant core infrastructure that will manage 911 
wireless call traffic for the State of Tennessee.  AT&T 
encourages the Wireless companies to issue ASR orders 
soon in order to provision new connections from their 
originating networks to two or more of the new 911 
Aggregation Point locations, and to meet the reasonable 
expectation of the TECB to have these services migrated 
onto the new platform by Qtr 3 of 2011.
