Verizon Pennsylvania Inc., an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed certification that public 
notice of network change(s) has been provided through its publicly accessible Internet site, as required by 
section 51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).1  See 47 C.F.R. § 
51.329(a).  Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 51.325 through

· The original notice for this network change was issued on September 30, 2008.
· The network change(s) described in the notice involves a Digital Subscriber Line Access 
Multiplexer System installation in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania (CLLI Code-BTTWPABU).
· This amended notice is being issued to indicate that the implementation date described in the 
original notification has been changed to July 29, 2011.
The network change(s) identified herein shall not be implemented within six months of the date of notice 
provided to the public under section 51.329(a).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.331(a)(1); see also 47 C.F.R. § 
51.329(a).
