Verizon Pennsylvania Inc., an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed certification that public 
notice of network change(s) has been provided through its publicly accessible Internet site as required by 
section 51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission).1  See
47 C.F.R. § 51.329(a).  Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 51.325

The incumbent LEC’s certification(s) refer(s) to the change(s) identified below:
· The original notices for these network changes were issued by Verizon on November 4, 2008 and 
December 9, 2008.  Public Notices of Verizon’s filings were released by the Commission on 
January 16, 2009 in NCD-1652 and on August 20, 2009 in NCD-1742.
· This amended notice is being issued to indicate that the Digital Subscriber Line Access           
Multiplexer System installation implementation dates described in the original notifications have 
been changed to July 29, 2011.
