Network Disclosure.
The Gardena, CA, GRDNCA0386T 4ESS tandem 
serving LATA 730 has been scheduled for 
decommissioning by June 15, 2012.  All carriers 
(Independent LECs, Wireless Service Providers, 
CLECs, Interexchange Carriers and IP-enabled Voice 
Information Service (IP-VIS) providers) that have 
trunking to this tandem will be affected by this 
change.  All carriers need to move their traffic to the 
Los Angeles, CA, LSANCA0527T Nortel CS2000 
switch between September 2011 & April 2012.
