ERRATUM

By the Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On August 11, 2011, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 11-125, in the above-
captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends Appendix A of the Report and Order by correcting the last 
sentence in paragraph (c)(1)(i) under section 54.520 to read as follows: 
“This Internet safety policy must also include monitoring the online activities of minors.  
Beginning July 1, 2012, schools’ Internet safety policies must provide for educating minors about 
appropriate online behavior, including interacting with other individuals on social networking 
websites and in chat rooms and cyberbullying awareness and response.”
