Verizon Maryland Inc., an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed certification that public 
notice of network change(s) has been provided through its publicly accessible Internet site, as required by 
section 51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission).1  See
47 C.F.R. § 51.329(a).  Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 51.325

The incumbent LECs’ certification(s) refer(s) to the change(s) identified below:
· The Verizon Edmondson 1A ESS end office switch (BLTMMDEDCG0), located at 2837 
Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21223, will be retired and removed after all traffic served by 
this switch is migrated to the alternative switch, Annapolis CS 2000 (ANNPMDANPS0), located 
at 9 Northwest Street, Annapolis, MD 21401.
· Planned Implementation Date: No earlier than October 4, 2011.
The network change(s) identified herein shall not be implemented within six months of the date of notice 
provided to the public under section 51.329(a).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.331(a)(1); see also 47 C.F.R. § 
51.329(a).
