The Order was amended by an Erratum dated August 25, 2011. This Second Erratum amends the Order as indicated below: 1. Paragraph 5, the fourth sentence is revised to read as follows: “Therefore, the Commission’s broadcast flag rules, 47 C.F.R. § 73.8000 (b) (3), part of (b) (4) (the reference to 47 C.F.R. § 73.9000), and (c) and 47 C.F.R. §§ 73.9000 through 73.9009, are without current legal effect and are deleted as obsolete.” 2.
