On September 23, 2011, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 11-1593, 
in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects paragraph 5 by replacing “March 12, 2011” 
with “May 13, 2011.”  This erratum also corrects footnote 6 by replacing “(May 13, 2011)” with “(dated 
May 13, 2001, posted May 16, 2011).”
