ERRATUM

By the Deputy Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On December 7, 2011, the Wireline Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 11-1991, in the 
above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Order as indicated below:
1. Footnote number “2” in paragraph 1 is relocated to follow the first sentence in paragraph 2.
2. In the first sentence of paragraph 8 the word “rick” is corrected to read as “risk.”
3. Paragraph 10 is corrected by replacing the word “REQUESTED” with “GRANTED.”
