On December 23, 2011, the Wireline Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 11-2070, in the 
above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Order as indicated below:
1. The caption is amended by deleting “Joint Petition of the U.S. Department of Health and 
Human Services’ Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the 
Kristin Brooks Hope Center.”
2. Paragraph 3 is corrected by replacing “2011” with “2012.”
