On February 22, 2012, the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Wireline 
Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 12-241, in the above-captioned proceeding.  On February 24, 
2012, we released an Erratum to that Order.  This Second Erratum amends Appendix B of the Order by 
adding application number “186031” for The Mill School, Baltimore, MD.
