ERRATUM 
NOTICE OF NEED TO FILE UPDATED INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO PENDING 
PETITIONS FOR EXEMPTION FROM COMMISSION’S CLOSED CAPTIONING RULES 
WHICH WERE FILED PRIOR TO OCTOBER 2010

On April 2, 2012 the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice (PN), 
DA 12-514, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the PN as indicated below:
1. On the first page, in the first paragraph, “July 2, 2012” is corrected to read as “July 5, 2012”.
2. On page 3, in the first sentence of the second paragraph, the phrase “within 90 days from the 
release date of this Public Notice (that is, no later than July 2, 2012), to do one of the following:” is 
corrected to read as “to do one of the following by July 5, 2012:”.
3. On page 3, the first sentence of the third paragraph is corrected to read as follows:
“Any petitioner listed in this Public Notice that does not take one of the steps listed above by 
July 5, 2012 will have its pending petition dismissed without prejudice on July 5, 2012.”
