The focus of the forum will be how pending FM translator applicants from the 2003 Auction 83 window and pending and prospective FM translator modification applicants will be processed, in accordance with changes implemented by the Commission in the LPFM proceeding (MM Docket 99-25). Time will be provided for audience questions and comments. The forum will be held in the Commission Meeting Room at the FCC’s headquarters in Washington, DC, at 2:00 p.m. It is free and open to the public, with seating available on a first- come, first-served basis.
