By the Chief, Telecommunications Access Policy Division, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On March 5, 2012, the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Wireline Competition 
Bureau (Bureau) released an Order, DA 12-300, in the above-captioned proceeding.  On May 9, 2012, the 
Bureau released an Erratum, DA 12-736, correcting this Order.  This Second Erratum further amends the 
Order by correcting the following Petitioner listed in Appendix B to read as follows:
