of important issues. and it will be included in various proceeding records for Commission
consideration.

and vigorously enlorce Com<.:ast·s compliancc wilh the conditions of the Merger Order. In fact,
as you are aware, thc Com!11ission's Enlorcemcnt Bureau adopted a consent dccrcc on June 27.
2012. resolving its invcstigation ofCo!11cast"s compliance \\ith ccrtain of the broadband-related
merger conditions. As you noted in jOur recent press release. b) extending a merger <.:ondition
for an additional year. this consent decree \\ ill pro\ ide direct bcnclits to consumcrs.
Some all<.:gations desire lor cfficicnt resolution of compliance complaints. The
Commission has revic\\cd. and \\ ill cOl1linue to revie\·\ all compliance complaints as
expeditiousl) as possible. taking appropriatc enforcemel1l action \\hen \\an·anted.
