Inmarsat Hawaii, Inc. requests authority to operate a new Fixed-Satellite Service gateway earth station in Lino Lakes, MN, to communicate with
the Inmarsat 5F2 space station, which will operate at the 55  W.L. orbital location under the authority of the United Kingdom.  Inmarsat 5F2 will
operate in the 27.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 17.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.  Inmarsat Hawaii requests waivers of the
United States Table of Frequency Allocations to permit the Lino Lakes gateway to communicate with the Inmarsat 5F2 spacecraft using the
17.7-18.3 GHz, 18.8-19.3 GHz, 19.3-19.7 GHz, and 29.1-29.25 GHz frequency bands on a non-conforming basis.  Inmarsat Hawaii seeks a
limited waiver of Section 25.202(g) to allow it to operate telecommand carriers using center frequencies of 29.494 GHz and 29.468 GHz.
Inmarsat Hawaii also seeks waivers of Sections 25.114(c) and 25.138(d) in connection with its request.  See also IBFS File No.
