This Erratum amends the Report and Order as indicated below: 1. Add paragraph number “28” to the last paragraph on page 8, the remaining paragraphs are renumbered accordingly. 2. In paragrah 28, the last sentence is corrected to read as follows: “This Report and Order will become effective thirty days after publication in the Federal Register, except for the deletion of sections 90.18 and 90.528 of the Commission’s rules. Following that date, the Commission will publish a separate notice in the Federal Register announcing the subsequent effective date of these rule deletions, which shall be the date of issuance of a license to the First Responder Network Authority pursuant to Section 6201(a) of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012.” FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION David S.
