reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and
not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies.  Final action will not be taken on any

Gogo LLC requests blanket authority to operate up to 1,000 technically identical aircraft earth stations that would transmit in the 14.0-14.5 GHz
frequency band to the following geostationary-orbit space stations: SES-4 (Call Sign S2828) at 22º W.L., Intelsat 14 (Call Sign S2785) at 45º
W.L., NSS-703 (Call Sign S2818) at 47º W.L., Intelsat 27 (Call Sign S2827) at 55.5º W.L., Intelsat 21 (Call Sign S2863) at 58º W.L., SES-1 (Call
Sign S2807) at 101º W.L., Intelsat 22 (Call Sign S2846) at 72.1º E.L., and Intelsat 19 (Call Sign S2850) at 166º E.L.   The aircraft earth stations
would receive downlink transmissions in the 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.7-11.95 GHz bands from NSS-703; in the 11.45-11.7 GHz band from
NSS-703, Intelsat 27, and Intelsat 21; in the 11.7-12.2 GHz band from Intelsat 14, Intelsat 21, and SES-1; in the 12.25-12.5 GHz band from
Intelsat 22; and in the 12.5-12.75 GHz band from SES-4 and NSS-703.  In addition, Gogo requests authority for reception of downlinks from
Intelsat 19 in the 12.25-12.75 GHz band in Region 2, including portions of U.S. airspace.  For more information on transmissions from Intelsat 19
in the 12.25-12.75 GHz band, see IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20120628-00107, Call Sign S2850.  Gogo requests waiver of the Table of Frequency
Allocations in Section 2.106 of the Commission's rules to permit use of these downlink bands for aircraft earth stations on a non-interference,
unprotected basis, both within and outside of U.S. airspace.  Gogo also requests waivers of Section 25.202(a)(1) of the Commission's rules and
Footnote NG104 of the Table of Allocations to permit reception in the 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.45-11.7 GHz bands for U.S. domestic service.
Gogo also requests that its application be treated as permit-but-disclose under the ex parte rules.  See also File No. SES-AMD-20120731-00709.

SES-LIC-20120619-00574, as amended by File No. SES-AMD-20120731-00709 (Call Sign E120106).  Gogo also seeks authority to continue to
perform ground-based testing of four terminals, which was previously granted in File No. SES-STA-20120727-00698.  In addition, Gogo seeks
authority to perform further ground-based testing with any space station included in its pending blanket license application that has U.S. coverage.
