By the Chief, Telecommunications Access Policy Division, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On May 9, 2012, the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Wireline Competition 
Bureau released an Order, DA 12-732, in the above-captioned proceeding. On May 16, 2012, we 
released an Erratum to that Order.  This second Erratum amends Appendix C of the Order by adding 
application number “688941” for Pittsburg Unified School District, Pittsburg, CA.
