Hispamar Satélites, S.A. petitions for a declaratory ruling to add the Amazonas-3 space station at the 61° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's C-, Ku-, and Ka-band Permitted Space Station Lists. Specifically, Hispamar Satélites requests grant of U.S. market access to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, including direct-to-home services, in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.1-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
