Federal Communications Commission DA 12-2053 Before the Federal Communications Commission Washington, D.C. 20554 In the Matter of Implementation of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 Establishment of a Public Safety Answering Point Do-Not-Call Registry ) ) ) ) ) ) ) CG Docket No. 12-129 SECOND ERRATUM Released: December 20, 2012 By the Acting Chief, Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau: On October 17, 2012, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 12-129, in the above captioned proceeding.1 On November 29, 2012, this item was published in the Federal Register revising section 1.80 of the Commission’s rules.2 In relevant part, the Commission redesignated section 1.80 paragraphs (b)(5) and (6) as paragraphs as (b)(7) and (8) in the final rules.3 This inadvertently resulted in the creation of two section 1.80(b)(7)s in our revised rules. This Erratum corrects this numbering issue by changing the original reference to paragraphs 1.80(b)(5) and (6) to paragraphs (b)(5), (6) and (7) and redesignating these paragraphs as (b)(7), (8), and (9) in our rules.
