The first application, BPH-20121119AOG, requests that Station WDBT(FM) modify its license from Channel 229C1 at Hartford, Alabama, to Channel 228A at Hope Hull, Alabama, as the community’s first local service. The second application, File No. BPH-20121119AOD, requests the city of license modification of Station WDJR(FM), Channel 245C0 from Enterprise, Alabama, to Hartford, Alabama, as a backfill station to prevent removal of Hartford’s sole local service. The third application, File No. BPH-20121119ANF, seeks the upgrade in facilities for Station WJRL-FM from Channel 280C3 to Channel 280C2 at Fort Rucker, Alabama, which requires the involuntary channel substitution for Station WAAO-FM from Channel 279A to Channel 229A at Andalusia, Alabama.
