On May 14, 2012, the Commission released a Third Order on Reconsideration, FCC 12-52, in the 
above-captioned proceedings.  This Erratum corrects paragraph 4 in the Appendix, under § 54.313(a), by 
adding paragraph (9) to read as follows:
