Orbcomm License Corp. has filed a further amendment to its application to modify its non-voice, non-geostationary mobile satellite service (Little LEO) system. Orbcomm clarifies that its pending applications seek authority to add a feeder link channel centered at 150.025 MHz for use by all satellites in the Orbcomm system, including in-orbit satellites, as well as Orbcomm Generation 2 satellites that are not yet launched. Orbcomm confirms that it will maintain the operational orbit and deployment plan proposed in its previous amendment, as well as the orbital debris mitigation statement submitted with that amendment.
