ERRATUM

By the Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:
On February 20, 2013, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 13-21, in the above 
captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Report and Order as indicated below:
1. In footnote 219, replace “301(d)” with “310(d)”. 
2. In Appendix A, under section 1.1307(b), paragraph (2) is corrected by replacing “Mobile 
devices” with “Mobile and portable transmitting devices” and under section 2.1093, paragraph (c) is 
corrected by removing the phrase “the Commercial Mobile Radio Services pursuant to part 20 of this 
chapter;”.
