On December 18, 2012, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of 
Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 12-153, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects paragraph 
102 by replacing “effective sixty (60) days after publication in the Federal Register” with “effective 
March 25, 2013.”
