This Erratum amends §51.909(a)(4) and (5) in the Appendix of the Order as indicated below: 1. Paragraph (C), on page 18, is corrected to read as follows: “(C) Subtract the sum of the revenues determined pursuant to paragraph (a)(4)(i)(B) of this section from the sum of the revenues determined pursuant to paragraph (a)(4)(i)(A) of this section.” 2. In paragraph (B), in the third paragraph on page 19, the word “billed” is deleted. 3. In the second paragraph (B), on page 19, the words “and multiply the result by negative one” are deleted. 4. Paragraph (i), the last paragraph on page 19, is corrected to read as follows: “(i) The Rate-of-Return Carrier shall multiply the factor determined in paragraph (a)(4)(ii)(A) of this section by negative one and then proportionately adjust the Federal Communications Commission 2 Association’s capped switched access rates as of the date preceding the effective date of the exiting Rate-of-Return Carrier’s next annual tariff filing by this percentage.
