The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

SES Americom, Inc.
SES Americom, Inc. requests modification of its authorization for the AMC-5 space station to (1) operate the AMC-5 space station at the 80.85°
W.L. orbital location, rather than at the 80.90° W.L. orbital location; (2) continue to provide Fixed Satellite Service, including direct-to-home
service, in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; (3) continue to conduct telemetry, tracking,
and command operations to maintain AMC-5 at 80.85° W.L. with an east-west station-keeping volume of +/- 0.15 degrees using the following
center frequencies: 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.001 GHz (Earth-to-space); (4) change the east-west
station-keeping tolerance of the AMC-5 space station from  +/- 0.1 degrees to +/- 0.15 degrees; and (5) extend the license term for AMC-5 from
November 30, 2013, until July 31, 2014.  SES Americom requests a waiver of Section 25.210(j) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.210(j),
to operate AMC-5 with an east-west station-keeping tolerance of +/- 0.15 degrees, within a combined station-keeping volume with AMC-2 (Call
Sign S2134).
