In the present instance, this may be the case because the current market appears to be dominated by the two largest nationwide carriers, More vigorous competition fosters lower rates, greater consumer service, increased'innovation, and more jobs. I am also encouraged by the fact that a number of consumer groups have come out in support of the merger, In addition, time and innovation have made it clear that access to the Internet is no longer a luxury, but a necessity for the average American citizen, Given these factors, I would urge an expeditious review, Thank you for your time and attention.
