STATEMENT OF COMMISSIONER JESSICA ROSENWORCEL 
ON THE DEATH OF SENATOR FRANK LAUTENBERG
“It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing of Senator Lautenberg.  He was a champion for the 
residents of New Jersey.  Senator Lautenberg fought hard for working class Americans and was a dedicated 
public servant.  It was an honor to have worked with him while I served on staff of the Senate Commerce 
Committee.  His death is a loss to the Senate and the nation.”
