On May 16, 2013, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Staff Report,	DA 13-1111, in the 
above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the first sentence of paragraph 98 by	replacing
“March 27, 2013” with “March 26, 2013.”
