ERRATUM

STATE TELECOMMUNICATIONS RELAY SERVICES (TRS) PROGRAMS 
CG DOCKET NO. 03-123
On July 8, 2013, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 
13-1530, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the name “Department of 
Telecommunications and Energy” under File No: TRS-34-12 on page 2 to read as “Department of 
Telecommunications and Cable.”
