On August 12, 2013, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 13-110, in the above 
captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Report and Order as indicated below:
1. In paragraph 59, correct “Actsee5” to read as “Act, see 5”. 
2. Above heading V, delete number “60.”
3. Renumber paragraph “61” as “60.”
4. In paragraph 63, replace “paragraph 58” with “paragraph 56”.
