Millions of Americans no longer can watch CBS programs in their cable line-up. Millions more, who receive their broadband Internet connection through Time Warner Cable, have lost access online and via Wi-Fi to CBS.com. I share your concern that consumers are being adversely affected and hope that both parties work in good faith to resolve this dispute as soon as possible and ask that the Commission take action resolve the dispute expeditiously. We also ask that the FCC carefully review CBS's decision to block access to its CBS.com website. Broadcasters selectively blocking programming online to gain leverage in retransmission consent negotiations is a new development that I fear will create a dangerous precedent for future disputes and negatively impact broadband consumers across the country. Thank you for your attention to this important matter. Sincerely, - Richard Nolan Member of Congress
