ERRATUM

By the Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On September 26, 2013, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of 
Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 13-113, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Report 
and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as indicated below:
1. In Footnote 421, the last sentence beginning with “Petition of USTelecom for 
Forbearance….,” is corrected to change the font and size to Times New Roman, 10 and replace “7676-
74” with 7672-74.”  
2. In APPENDIX A, under Final Rules, in the first two lines, replace “EE” with “FF.”
