ERRATUM

By the Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:
On October 29, 2013, the Commission released a Report and Order and Order of Proposed 
Modification, FCC 13-136, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Report and 
Order and Order of Proposed Modification as indicated below:
1. In paragraph 57, in the third sentence, replace “shall by” with “shall be” and add “of” 
before “its licenses areas in the E Block;” in the fourth sentence, replace “end-of-the term” with “end-of-
term.”
2. In footnote 166, in the first sentence, replace “though” with “through.”
3. Paragraph 58 is corrected to read as follows:
“We also waive section 27.14(g)(1) to the extent necessary and, accordingly, provide 
that, depending on the elected benchmark, in the event a Lower 700 MHz E Block 
licensee fails (a) to provide signal coverage and offer service to 40 percent of its total E 
Block population, or (b) to provide signal coverage or offer service over at least 35 
percent of the geographic area in each of its licensed areas by March 7, 2017, 
respectively, the term of all the license authorizations (in the case of (a)) or each deficient 
license (in the case of (b)) will be reduced by one year.”
4. In footnote 168, in the first sentence, replace “27.14(g)” with “27.14” and in the second 
sentence add “s” after “portion.”
5. In paragraph 86, replace “shall by” with “shall be” and add “of” before “its license areas 
in the E Block.”
