SECOND ERRATUM

By the Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On September 26, 2013, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of 
Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 13-113, in the above-captioned proceeding.  On October 22, 2013, an 
Erratum was released to correct that document.  This Second Erratum amends APPENDIX A of the 
document as indicated below:
1. In Section 64.6000, delete paragraph numbers “(1)” through “(10)” from the list of
definitions.
2. In Section 64.6010, delete “NOTE TO § 64.6010: See FCC 13-113, paras.50-52 (discussion of 
cost basis in this context).”
