By the Chief, Video Division, Media Bureau:
On November 6, 2013, the Media Bureau released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), 
DA 13-2129, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the third and fifth sentence in 
paragraph 4 of the NPRM, by switching “*39” and “*10.”
