earth station, in Castle Rock, CO, to provide launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) services for the Turkey-licensed TurkSat-4A satellite at the 42°
E.L. orbital location.  The in-orbit testing will be at the 50.0° E.L. orbital location using the following frequency bands: 13998.0 MHz, 14000.0
MHz and 14418.0 MHz (Earth-to-space); and 12498.5 MHz and 12499.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).
