This Erratum amends Appendix C of the Third FNPRM as indicated below: 1. On page 87, correct paragraph 2, delete paragraph 3 and correct the first sentence in paragraph (k) to read as follows: “2. Section 20.18 is amended by removing paragraph (h)(3) and redesignating paragraphs (i) through (n) as paragraphs (l) through (q), adding new paragraphs (i) through (k), and revising paragraph (1) of redesignated paragraph (m) to read as follows:” “(k) CMRS providers subject to this section shall provide for all wireless 911 calls, whether from outdoor or indoor locations, x- and y-axis (latitude, longitude) confidence and uncertainty information (C/U data) on a per-call basis upon the request of a PSAP.” 2.
