On April 22, 2014, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Report and Order, DA 14-534, in 
the above-captioned proceedings.  This Erratum corrects the Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis in the 
Appendix of the Report and Order by replacing “$208.646” with “$207.81” in paragraphs 2, 26 and 28 of 
the Appendix.
