ERRATUM

By the Acting Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On June 10, 2014, the Commission released a Report and Order, Declaratory Ruling, Order, 
Memorandum Opinion and Order, Seventh Order on Reconsideration, and Further Notice of Proposed 
Rulemaking (Connect America Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking), FCC 14-54, in the 
above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects Appendix A of the Connect America Order and 
Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as indicated below:
1. In Paragraph (3), below § 54.1307, replace “receiving information under §54.1305” with 
“receiving this information”.
2. Below § 54.1310, replace paragraph letter “(e)” with “(d)” and in the first, second, and 
third sentence remove “and (d).”
