On June 10, 2014, the Commission released a Report and Order, Declaratory Ruling, Order, 
Memorandum Opinion and Order, Seventh Order on Reconsideration, and Further Notice of Proposed 
Rulemaking (Connect America Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking), FCC 14-54, in the 
above-captioned proceedings.
On June 26, 2014, the Wireline Competition Bureau released an Erratum correcting Appendix A 
of that document. This Second Erratum amends the Connect America Order and Further Notice of 
Proposed Rulemaking as indicated below:
In Paragraph 80, in the second, third, and fourth sentence, replace the words “less than,” with 
“greater than or equal to.”
