On July 17, 2014, Hispasat, S.A. filed a notification of change in ownership of the following space stations that appear on the Commission's Permitted Space Station List: HISPASAT-1D (S2476), AMAZONAS-2 (S2793), and AMAZONAS-3 (S2886). HISPASAT-1D is licensed by Spain. AMAZONAS-2 and AMAZONAS-3 are licensed by Brazil. Hispasat indicates that on November 12, 2013, Abertis Telecom Satélites, S.A.U. increased its ownership in Hispasat, S.A. from 40.6% to 57.05%. Pursuant to Section 25.137(g) of the Commission's rules, the Satellite Division seeks comment on whether this transaction affects any of the considerations made when the space stations were added to the Permitted List and granted U.
